    Context

    Transcriptomics analysis of toxic and non-toxic Alexandrium tamarense (marine microalgae) for the identification of genes that drive toxic response.

    Results

    High quality RNA was obtained for each of the seven A. tamarense strains investigated. RNA purity was assessed using a NanoDrop, and RNA concentration and integrity were measured on an Agilent 2200 TapeStation.
