Bertin Instruments is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the life cycle of its products and systems.

Thanks to its multi-skilled teams, Bertin is able to offer its customers a full range of services covering the needs associated with using radiation protection equipment throughout its life cycle. Installation, Training, Metrology, Hotline, Maintenance and Consulting.

These different service offers, established in accordance with each need, are focused on the availability of solutions and products and keeping them in working order.

Bertin helps its customers to prevent malfunctions and the associated industrial risks thanks to:

• A COFRAC-certified calibration centre for performing work under ionising radiation, including two shielded rooms for radiometry and dosimetry
• Teams able to provide you with on-site support located throughout France
• Teams located at our production site based a few kilometres from the Paris region
• A multidisciplinary team is at your service and present at every stage of the process
• Experts trained and authorised to work quickly at your sites and in compliance with your operating constraints.

All services are performed in compliance with the latest legal requirements in terms of radiation protection and the CEFRI-E standards.

Technical support / Training

Specialist training, international assistance and remote maintenance service for diagnostics to reduce on-site interventions.

Factory maintenance / Spare parts

Preventive and corrective maintenance realized by specialists. Spare parts and consumables provided for any mobile radiation protection devices.

On-site interventions

Health Physics experts, qualified to work at nuclear, industrial and military sites, always ready to respond to special or complex projects whatever the installation.
